- Six nights at the luxurious, all-inclusive Synergy Retreat Center in Uvita, Costa Rica.

The Itinerary...
This is the day we arrive at the beautiful Synergy Retreat Centre in Uvita. We will have ground transportation arranged from a meeting point in San Jose at 11:00am. Once everyone has arrived and settled in, we will share a delicious supper and have an informal intro circle before a luxe slumber in your cozy bed, for the week.
This is the reclamation! Workshops, body based practices, sacred ceremonies and healing journeys all centred around this year's theme: "I AM ENOUGH". There will be plenty of play, rest, and soulful connection sprinkled into retreat week. Think: beach play, cultural visits, and adventure in the land of Pura Vida!
It's not "goodbye", it's "be seeing you". Today, you will pack up your new found confidence, healed parts and knowledge and start the journey home (or on to more travel!) To make your exit from Resounding Woman Land as painless as possible, we will have pre-arranged transportation back to the airport. Check out time is 11:00am.
We are happy to split your retreat fees into equal payments up to 45 days before the retreat start date.
How do I pay? Do you offer payment plans?

Make plans to fly into the San Jose Airport in Costa Rica. Many participants opt to arrive a day or two before the retreat to acclimatize to CR time. We will pick you up via shuttle to Synergy at a meeting point in San Jose at 11:00am on March 16th and drop off in San Jose at 2:00pm on March 22nd.
What airport should I fly into?

No more than 20. Sixteen participants and 4 support staff. This size is perfect for intimacy AND a diverse exploration of the expansive Resounding Woman work.
How many people will be at this retreat?

The chef at Synergy is highly skilled and understands how to work with food choices and allergies. Upon signup, you'll be sent a form to fill out with any special requests and needs.
What if I have food allergies, sensitivities, or eat plant based?

This retreat is about choosing yourself. One thing we will NOT be doing at Resounding Woman is anything that doesn't feel good in our nervous system or body. If there is an activity you'd like to sit out, you are encouraged to use your self-agency. No judgment, and with full support from the team.
What if I don't want to do the extra activities?

Elise and team are trauma informed and sure to be inclusive in all activities and options. Elise's work is about finding a sense belonging without fitting in. How will I know if I will fit it ?

Do I need to purchase travel insurance?

In the unlikely event that Resounding Woman must reschedule a retreat due to Acts of God, weather, natural disaster, endemics, pandemics, airline disruption, political upheaval, or if your host is impacted due to illness, family emergencies, unforeseen events, Acts of God, weather, pandemics, illness, natural disaster or political upheaval, your retreat fees will be transferred to a future date.
To cover any risk, we require that you purchase travel insurance to cover your entire retreat costs.
